Adjunct Professor, Leadership Consultant and International Development Practitioner, Marigold is all about empowering people who in turn empower others. Marigold has over 10 years’ experience in learning and development, business, and financial management, and is a certified Accountant. She is a post-graduate Master in Leadership and has studied at a number of universities in Europe. She has led projects within a wide range of organizations across five continents.
Her other specialism include, strategy development, organizational change and Christian ministry. She has acted as Head of Global Strategy for a Department for International Development funded charity. In the UK she has served on a number of national and regional policy boards including University College London and Local Government Strategic Partnership. She is Chief Executive of organizations with the USA and UK.
She is passionate about knowledge and information transfer and its ability to empower.
Marigold was honored and made a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. In recognition of her work she has been nominated for a number of awards.
